Our Boise shop is on West Fairview Avenue, central enough to reach the Bench, the North End, Southeast Boise, Garden City, Meridian and Eagle quickly. This is the location most of our 361 Google reviews came from, and it runs Monday through Friday until 8 PM.
What we see most in Boise
Boise splits into two very different kinds of sprinkler job.
In the older neighborhoods, the Bench, the North End, parts of Southeast Boise, we are usually working on systems that have been in the ground for decades and have been modified by three or four different owners. Zones have been spliced, heads have been mixed across brands, and the controller rarely matches the valves it is driving. The fix is often less about parts and more about mapping what is actually down there before spending money on it.
In the newer areas and up toward the foothills, the issue is elevation. Run a zone up a slope with standard heads and the bottom drowns while the top browns out. Pressure compensating heads and splitting the zone solve it, and it is the single most common reason a lawn has a stubborn dry band that no amount of extra watering fixes.
Water, timing and cost
Boise is largely on city water for irrigation in some neighborhoods and on irrigation district water in others, and which one you are on changes when your system can run and what a blowout needs to account for. We will tell you which you have on the first visit if you are not sure.
Most repairs in Boise land between $80 and $500 depending on what failed, and we quote before we start.
Commercial and property management
The Boise location handles most of our commercial and HOA work: scheduled maintenance across multiple properties, large zone repairs, controller management and documented seasonal service with invoicing that matches how property managers budget.
